Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced – you will receive a full refund for successfully cancelled orders. We cannot process cancellations once the product has been shipped.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items under the following terms:
- Quality-related issues: Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item conditions: To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Consumer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping fees, which will vary by the courier service you select.
- Seller-related issues (e.g., damaged/incorrect items): We will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will email you to confirm receipt of the return.
- You will then be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account or payment platform.
- Contact your credit card issuer (refunds may take time to post).
- Reach out to your bank to confirm processing timelines.

Additional Terms
- Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (including return shipping).
