Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced – you will receive a full refund for successfully cancelled orders. We cannot process cancellations once the product has been shipped.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items under the following terms:
  • Quality-related issues: Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item conditions: To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Consumer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping fees, which will vary by the courier service you select.
  • Seller-related issues (e.g., damaged/incorrect items): We will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
  1. We will email you to confirm receipt of the return.
  2. You will then be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
  1. Double-check your bank account or payment platform.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer (refunds may take time to post).
  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm processing timelines.

Additional Terms

  • Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (including return shipping).
  • No restocking fees will be applied to returned items.
